A grass court women's tournament is being played at Queen's Club in London for the first time in 52 years. Round one sees Britain's Francesca Jones take on McCartney Kessler. The winner will face top seeded Qinwen Zheng in round two. Here's our match prediction.
Francesca Jones is at 117th in the live rankings, just two places below her career-high. The 24-year-old has only won two of her grass court matches. From 2017 to last year, Jones lost all her matches on this surface.
A couple of wins were earned last year and the Brit reached the last eight in Nottingham but then withdrew. Jones has won two clay court titles on lesser circuits but failed to qualify for Roland Garros.
