Europe - Champions League
Prediction :
Both teams to score
The power and passion of the Parisians will take on the mighty Milanese in Munich this weekend, when Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan clash in the UEFA Champions League final. Les Rouge-et-Bleu are aiming for their first-ever Champions League final triumph, while I Nerazzurri are gunning for their fourth title in Europe’s elite cup competition. Check out our match prediction below!
Having clinched a record-extending 13th Ligue 1 title and romped to victory in the Coupe de France final last week, PSG are now 90 minutes away from claiming the ultimate treble and capping off the perfect season. For Inter, this is a chance for redemption for their 2022-23 UCL disappointment and an opportunity to end the campaign with silverware after falling short in the Serie A and Coppa Italia.
Les Parisiens are headed into the Munich showpiece as the favourites at the books, but the Italian giants showed in the semis that they should not be overlooked. European glory hangs in the balance - let’s get into the key stats at play in this epic showdown.

With the exception of Presnel Kimpembe, who has barely kicked a ball this season, Luis Enrique has a full roster at his disposal for this weekend’s blockbuster matchup.
A slight knock kept Khvicha Kvaratskhelia out of the Coupe de France final last week, but the Georgian has been cleared fit for this match and will almost certainly be a part of the starting lineup.
Enrique’s major selection conundrum will likely be between Desire Doue and Bradley Barcola on the flank, with Ousmane Dembele expected to spearhead the French champions’ attack.
Dembele has made 12 goal contributions (8 goals, four assists) in 14 UCL matches this season!
For Simone Inzaghi’s side, Benjamin Pavard and Piotr Zielinski were flagged as injury doubts in recent weeks, but both players were spotted in team training ahead of the final and should be part of the squad this weekend.
Lautaro Martinez reportedly played through injury against Blaugrana and was rested since that stunning second-leg goal-fest, which would have done him a world of good coming into this match.
Inter’s skipper has scored nine times in 13 Champions League games this season, with eight of those goals (along with one assist) coming in his last seven appearances in the competition.
The stage is set for what should be a thrilling contest in Munich this weekend, and both teams will enter this match with optimism (and a few nerves) after defying the odds in the semi-finals to reach this European showpiece.
While PSG are installed as the pre-match favourites, Inter showed that they are not just a defensive unit by smashing seven past Barcelona in the semis. We are not expecting as many goals in this one, but we do feel that both teams will find the back of the net at least once each in regulation time. Our PSG vs Inter Milan prediction is both teams to score.
PSG to lift the trophy
Despite a poor start to the competition, PSG have continued to find ways to pull off big results when they needed it the most. They are now on a four-match win streak after clinching the Coupe de France last week, and the omen is in their favour, given that a first-time winner was crowned on each of the four occasions that a European Cup final was held in Munich.
It is also worth pointing out that Inter Milan have only won four of their last 10 matches across all competitions and failed to win any of their last three Champions League games in regulation time.
Ousmane Dembele to score or assist
Ousmane Dembele has been the protagonist in PSG’s sensational season, scoring 33 goals and providing 13 assists in 48 games across all competitions. In the Champions League, he has eight goals and four assists, and has had 11 direct goal contributions in his last 10 appearances in the competition.
